Typical supermarket everything was at hand helpful staff recommend

An attractive shop with lots of bargains & a nice selection of men's & ladies clothing.

I have to admit that this co op is looking very old and tired now and could do with a refit.. I always find it odd how you can walk straight into peacocks also. However I don't mind popping in. I wouldn't want to use it as my main shop, but they do sell nice quality food. Recently purchased their own brand bacon and sausage for a lunchtime sandwich and it was very tasty and reasonably priced. Having said that they do tend to put a premium price on their items, I'm assuming out of convenience. Why four stars if the shops dated and prices can be a little on the high side? The staff seem reasonably helpful but I guess for me and unlike some of the bigger supermarkets, I can always find something nice for lunch. There's always that something a little different or more tastier than when you trawl round tesco etc.. Room for improvement, sure but it is what it is and thats convenient..

Never had a bad service here.Sadly cant say the same about the other Co-Op stores. Will travel to shop here and avoid my closer store. Lovely staff.

Good size store with lots of parking in a nice area of Cottingham. They have a broad variety of items at this one, especially booze and also lots of free from bits and pieces, it was quite surprising. It's never overly busy too which is a plus, so getting served isn't as frustrating as in the other bigger supermarkets sometimes. The prices are very competitive, usually Co-op is a more expensive store, however, I found some prices in there to be cheaper than elsewhere, and the others prices around the same as the other bigger stores. Overall a very handy store, can imagine most people need not go elsewhere.
