Hi everyone at LovellesThank you for helping me to buy my forever home in Cottingham and to help me have a happy ever after. I have just bought a beautiful bungalow in Cottingham. The Service I got from Lovelles was excellent. I moved home to be closer to my mum and to have a fresh start due to ill health. One daughter is at Hull Uni and the other has gone to Cottingham High where I was a pupil from 1976- 1983. The staff were courteous, funny and supportive and my move was smooth. Thank you to all the staff. I am very happy in my new home. I was unpacked and in for a Christmas. I can look out of my bedroom window at St Marys church now MY church. I can hear the bells chime on the hour and bell practice on a Thursday. There is something comforting about being close to this. My mum is only a ten minute walk away when she was 120. We can see each other more often. Nothing was too difficult for the team at Lovelles! They made moving fun.
Rang to speak to staff was clearly not interested.very rude.
Called in to check on whether a flat was one or two bedrooms. Pleasant , friendly staff. Very helpful.
