We visited Smith's this morning when a lorry was unloading. Me and my partner were waiting to be served for a while and then 2 more customers came in. Because of the waiting time, my partner went to the back of the shop to see if anybody was there, but there wasn't. We all waited abit longer so my partner said "I will go to the lorry to see if somebody can serve us all. He found someone, which we later discovered was the manager, and said about the queue. He was told by the lady, with a nasty attitude, " I can't see in the shop when I'm outside!" That was the whole point of informing her. I told the girl who served us, which was last to my annoiance, to say we have complained about the ladies attitude to be told that she's the manager, and there is no point in telling her because she is always like that. She should go on a management course!!
