my father needed advice over his will and received a quick appointment. While we were waiting for Stephanie we had a lovely cup of coffee given to us. Stephanie was lovely very professional and listened patiently to my father and will assist him in his needs at a reasonable cost. Having dealt with other solicitors who have charged the Earth and taking forever to deliver that is switching his business to Jane Brooks law. We worked with the solicitor Poul Harrison. We trusted what he told us but couldn't read the contract very well. This costed us more than 7800 pounds. After all he said "I gave you the contract, and you signed it" which is true. However, our previous agreement wasn't written in the contract. And the company didn't do anything for our loss. What I would say is "never trust them!"
