Reception staff need to remember that patients can hear what they are saying whilst in the waiting area , it felt uncomfortable to hear them making uncomplementary comments about patients whom have rang up and how some of them had parked in the car park ..the doctors are excellent .
Told to make an appointment for a weeks time. The reception staff said they had no appointments left to prebook and I had to call on the day to book. Called on the day and no appontments left. Try again tomorrow.

Well it used to be OK but they don't have enough permanent doctors why I don't know getting appointments is usually 2 weeks I recently had a problem with a repeat prescription which nearly took a week for them to sort out, a doctor altered the prescription which meant me ringing them only for another doctor to get it wrong so I got a health official involved and then they admitted it was there mistake and one receptionist told me that I had a medicine review that in my opinion was an excuse I was never informed or attended a review I did not even get an apology the place is In need of some proper management and a good look at how to run a surgery and how to treat their patients with respect and learn how to apologise all this has been witnessed by the pharmacy and other health officials and care staff how it took nearly a week to sort out a simple repeat prescription.
We both find the staff here are helpful and friendly. Doctors are efficient and listen well. If you can take advantage of short notice appointments then seeing a doctor here is fairly easy.
