Amazing Food and great prices

Was going to try this place this morning but walked away when I saw the staff stood outside smoking whilst wearing theyre uniforms. It was clear they was the staff from the food hall, they was stood smoking along with other people which is very unprofessional and offputting for customers to see. I wonder if they know that you shouldnt be working around food within an hour after smoking?!?! Disgusting.
